Excellent service from Sonic Direct. Placed my order 3:30pm on Saturday and my new washing machine was delivered at 11 am on Sunday (next day) for free. The delivery drivers moved into the room of my choose and were very helpful and friendly. The price paid was a bargain. Cheaper than anyone on the net. The communication was excellent too. I would highly recommend Sonic Direct to anyone wanting a bargain and great service. I will also be back the next time I need any new electrical’s.

Pros
Purchase went well and delivery was punctual. The machine works superbly. I have used Sonic Direct in the past and they are a pleasure to deal with.
Cons.
I paid for installation of my built in appliance and taking packaging away. In my opinion this was an abject failure. The lads merely connected the waste pipe & plugged in the machine and took the packaging away and then left. On opening the machine i found seals and a mat to install and also the feet. I needed to uninstall the machine to fit these items myself to enable it to fit my space correctly. Had this been my wife or some little old lady they would have been stuffed. I was told I would have to fit the door myself which I was made aware of at the time of purchase. My recommendation is DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION. Do it yourself or find someone else,
Installation was a big let down otherwise this would have been a 5 from me.

I ordered this toaster at Christmas and it was damaged in the list sonic gave me a refund and I ordered another which arrived safe and sound. Very good company efficient and quick in responses. No complaints whatsoever would highly recommend

Really impressive service from Sonic Direct. i recieved a call the day after placing the order where an advisor chatted through considerations for the delivery of the fridge, door widths, steps, access etc. this was followed by email with more details. The delivery was very smooth and the guys did a great job getting the fridge through the house and into position. even though it was a very tight to get through and a challenge for the guys they diddnt put a single scratch on it and we’re very good to deal with. very happy customer

What a refreshing change to have a company actually do everything they promise. A friendly phone call to offer an earlier delivery date, a text giving you a delivery window on the day and a call 30 mins before delivery to let you know they are coming. The delivery lads were friendly and professional and the oven arrived in perfect condition. Their price JUST managed to beat the competition by a whisker on this product, but the free delivery clinched it! 10/10??

I have never used an Air fryer before and did not know which one to go, this seemed like a good deal so went for it. The delivery was surprisingly quick! I've only used it once but I must admit it's really good! Super easy to clean and food came out delicious. Definitely recommended to my friends and family.

We ordered a gas range from Sonic by phone on 23/01. The staff were really helpful, product was best price around and was in stock! Cost of delivery to the Midlands was very keen. They kept us informed on delivery and product was delivered on the date promised. Delivery guys were great. Very happy with the product and the service Sonic provided. Would recommend them.

The team was absolutely great and helpful , we was looking for one suitable for a family and advised the dual drawer option. We was advised by many friends to get a Ninja , however the lady in the store advised as regards to Tower , A little cheaper but having just as good reviews and that they was in stock
